    The home of EAFC Clubs Thailand — leagues, tournaments, clubs, players, standings, and live streams.

    Problem

    • Tournament schedules were managed manually.
    • Statistics were collected across many Excel files, which increased organizer workload and delayed visualization.
    • It was hard for sponsors to understand the full process when projects were proposed, because so much of the workflow was manual.
    • There was no single central source for providing and searching information.
    • A small group of manpower had to handle hundreds of players.

    My role

    • Gathered requirements, suggested features, and designed workflows.
    • Digitalized manual processes into a real-time online platform.
    • Designed and developed APIs, database structure, and frontend.
    • Built the admin dashboard with data visualization.
    • Integrated Twitch, Discord, YouTube, Payment Gateway, and analytics tools.
